Question: How can I purchase yards of fabric?

Answer: You will receive an uncut yard for every 4 fat quarters purchased of the same fabric. A 10% discount will apply. There is more information about this and a conversion chart on our Ordering Information page.

Question: How do I know how much fabric is available?

Answer: The number of fat quarters available is listed on each product page.

Question: Do you offer any discounts?

Answer: Yes, we offer 10% off 4 or more items purchased and 15% off 20 or more items purchased. The discount will appear in your shopping cart.

Question: How can I reach customer service?

Answer: I am the customer service dept. which you can try to reach me at 610-500-3853 but since I am also known as Mom, daughter, taxi-driver, neighbor, friend, repairwoman, cook, laundress and dog-walkerI am quicker to respond to emails at carsut@aol.com or through the web site.

Question: Do you have retail locations?

Answer: No, I run 4my3boyz Fabrics from my home in West Chester, PA. I do not have a brick and mortar retail store.

Question: Will you take an order over the phone?

Answer: It is best, for the sake of accuracy in your order and delivery information, if you make your purchase in our online store. If you are uncomfortable with that you can call me at 610-500-3853 or email me with a number where you can be reached.

Question: Will my personal information be secure when shopping on this site?

Answer: Yes, please review my privacy statement for details regarding the security of this site and my policies concerning the privacy of your personal information.

Question: I am uncomfortable entering my credit card information online. Is there another option?

Answer: Yes, you can choose to pay by check or money order or if you prefer to give your credit card information over the phone, you can make your order online and choose cash or check as your payment option and complete the check-out process. Then email me to contact you or call me at 610-500-3583 to exchange the payment info.

Question: How do I order a sample?

Answer: Since all of my fabric is available for purchase by the fat quarter (18x22 square) I do not send samples out.

Question: How are duties and taxed handled?

Answer: Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Question: Do you ship internationally?

Answer: Yes, please see shipping prices in the Ordering Information page.

Question: When will my order be processed?

Answer: Our goal is to ship orders out within 48 hours after the order is paid for but often the orders go out in the same day they are made.

Question: What if you do not have the amount of fabric that I have ordered?

Answer: Seldom does this happen but we will always contact you before shipping to make sure you can still use what is available.

Question: Do you charge sales tax?

Answer: Sales tax will be charged only on orders made with Pennsylvania delivery addresses.

Question: What forms of payment do you accept?

Answer: We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards, Paypal payments, Google payments, checks and money orders.

Question: How is my order shipped?

Answer: Fabric is shipped vis USPS. Frames and Electric Quilt products are shipped USPS or UPS.

Question: Is the fabric 100% cotton?

Answer: Yes, all of the fabric is 100% cotton unless otherwise stated in the description. We only have a couple of fabrics that are a polyester blend.

Question: Do you carry flannel or fleece fabric?

Answer: We do carry flannel fabric and the title of the fabric will state that it is flannel. We do not carry Fleece.
